During my stay, I found the hotel tucked away in the tea plantations, giving a peaceful feel but quite far from the city center and other dining options. The breakfast was quite impressive with a variety of options, and the service was exemplary throughout my visit. However, I did experience some issues with the room, particularly the ceiling fan and the lack of a screen on the balcony door, which allowed flies to invade. Overall, a mixed experience with both highlights and areas needing attention.
