During my stay, I found the hotel tucked away in the tea plantations, giving a peaceful feel but quite far from the city center and other dining options. The breakfast was quite impressive with a variety of options, and the service was exemplary throughout my visit. However, I did experience some issues with the room, particularly the ceiling fan and the lack of a screen on the balcony door, which allowed flies to invade. Overall, a mixed experience with both highlights and areas needing attention.

My stay at Black Pool Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were stunningly spacious and cozy, with fantastic views of the surroundings, making it the perfect retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience feel special and personalized. However, while the dining options were good, there were a couple of instances where the food didn’t quite match the presentation. Overall, the hotel offered great value for the experience we had.
